Floorspan Contracts was established in 1997. We manufacture and install 150mm and 225mm beams and wideslab units, as well as pre-cast stairs and landings from our base in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

Every enquiry is the subject of a detailed design. Layout drawings are prepared on our bespoke software package. Suggestions which will improve the layout or aid the installation process are noted on the drawing and an itemised quotation produced.

Our customers include self builders and small builders, small, medium and large contractors, volume house builders, and builders merchants.

Projects include domestic extensions, single houses, housing sites, offices, shops, and industrial units.
