Prestressed Wall Panels

Floorspan Contracts are able to design, supply and deliver a range of prestressed wall panels.

These versatile, heavy duty, interlocking panels are widely used to form storage bays for the agricultural and construction industry, as a retaining wall structure to prevent soil movement or used to create the exterior facade of steel frame industrial buildings.

The panels are cast in steel moulds and hand floated to ensure a smooth, flat finish to both faces with a 'tongue and groove' type profile along each edge to allow stacking and reduce water ingress. Specialist lifting eyes are positioned along the edge to enable vertical lifting for positioning.

Panels are available in thicknesses of 100mm and 150mm in lengths up to 6000mm.

All wall panels are delivered on short articulated vehicles for maximum manoeuvrability on site. Crane off load vehicles can be arranged if required. If you would prefer to collect your panels we are happy to load any vehicle for you.
