Due to expansion, we have several exciting opportunities to join our friendly and dedicated team.
Floorspan design, manufacture and install precast concrete flooring, servicing clients across the construction industry. The right candidate/s will gain invaluable experience in how the industry operates, from design to manufacturing, from installation to quality control.

All estimators and designers are expected to:
- Interpret technical drawings provided by the customer, their architect or engineer.
- Liaise with relevant parties to collect the project requirements.
- Accurately reflect these in designs and estimates.
- Use design software to produce accurate, easy to understand precast concrete flooring designs.
- Support the sales team in winning projects.
- Communicate with internal production and delivery teams to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain customer and project records in our bespoke CRM software.
- Manage your own workload and develop positive relationships with your customers.

- Construction/Design experience.
- Maintain customer and project records in our bespoke CRM software.

- Complex planning.
- Selecting and/or sourcing construction materials with external suppliers.
- Construction management experience.
- Developed commercial detailing.
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Experience working with precast concrete flooring.
- Familiarity with PDF scaling.
