Design team administrator
Floorspan Contracts is a specialist designer, manufacturer and installer of pre-cast concrete flooring components, rated amongst the largest in the UK.
Due to a Maternity Leave, we require a Design Team Administrator to join our passionate, dynamic team in Wisbech. This will initially be on a Fixed Term Contract for up to 12 months, with the potential that it may become permanent, as the company continues to grow.

- Provide excellent customer service when dealing with our customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Be the point of contact for enquiries both internally and externally regarding ongoing Design projects and legal queries.
- Contract Administration, including negotiating clause changes and ensure these are signed off correctly.
- Review Customer Warranties, negotiate changes with clauses and ensure these are signed off correctly.
- Document Control and Information gathering, including building and maintaining a database of warranties and contracts.
- Processing of Hollowcore plank orders which consists of file creation and folder structure, accepting quotes and creating new jobs on Floorspan’s bespoke CRM software.
- Liaising with other teams within Floorspan to organise and schedule delivery and installation dates.
- Scheduling new hollowcore plank manufacturing dates and amend existing manufacturing dates where necessary using the company’s Microsoft Excel based planning tool.
- Liaising with external suppliers where necessary.
- Raising, checking and distributing invoices received accordingly.
- Obtaining drawings / design approvals / Status updates on-site from customers.
- Other duties consistent with the role.
- Previous experience in an administration/customer service role
- Previous Legal Administrator experience dealing with Contracts and/or Warranties would be advantageous.

- The salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. This will be pro-rated based on part time hours.
