Sales Executive

Floorspan Contracts is a specialist designer, manufacturer and installer of pre-cast concrete flooring components, rated amongst the largest in the UK.

Due to ongoing expansion, we require an experienced Sales Executive to join our passionate, dynamic team in Wisbech.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company who are able to offer plenty of challenges for the more experienced candidate with opportunities for career advancement in a growing, progressive company.

  • To be the point of contact for all existing customers and nurture long term relationships.
  • To prospect and engage with new Customers and develop new long-term working relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to grow our customer base.
  • To Support the Sales Team Leader & Commercial Manager by arranging targeted meetings with new and existing customers.
  • To negotiate potential orders with new and existing customers using competitive pricing strategies.
  • To manage all sales received from our customers through to completion, ensuring quotes are received, orders are place and products are received by our customers.
  • To Maintain a healthy future pipeline of customers, ensuring all customer information and requirements are captured accurately
  • Develop excellent working relationships with all departments within Floorspan in order to create an excellent customer experience.
  •  1 year’s previous sales account experience.
  • A calm “can do” attitude and able to work under pressure in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness
  • High level of IT Literacy including Microsoft Office Packages with sound numeracy skills.
  • Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills both written & verbal.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, this is a key role within the sales team.
  • Good Planning & Organising skills with the ability to respond to work pressure changes in customer needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience of an office-based sales role a distinct advantage.
  • The salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Dependant on experience.
