What 'U' values can I Achieve?

U-value is the measure of thermal transmittance (heat loss) through a material. Part L of the building regulations sets out the recommended U-values for buildings. Another key factor to consider is that the Dwelling Emission Rate (DER) should be lower than the Target Emission Rate (TER).

The tables give an idea of the U-values that can be achieved with eFloor Plus based on Perimeter/Area ratios.
